Border Woodlands have experience of a wide range of woodland and related environmental projects.

We have been involved in managing ancient woodlands,  and successfully put together the Environmental Impact Assessment for one of the UK's largest and most sensitive new tree planting schemes this century.

We have been involved in large scale reedbed construction for treatment of waste effluent, and undertaken site clearance for a new cycleway, military range maintenance and part of the Aberdeen bypass.

Border Woodlands is sensitive to site conditions, adapting working practices and machinery to take account of local site conditions, whether it be on Flow Country whole tree mulching, habitat preservation in sensitive parts of the Wye and Usk catchments or enhancement for local species.
